I have been getting alot of hate messages on XBL and...

I talked to the Xbox Live support about it, the only thing they told me was that this website could give me a name change because of the issues I had, so I'm just making sure it's okay to tell you guys if I it's possible for me to receive a name change.

Sorry, but support gives incorrect information about this. It's not possible to get a free name change. If you're being harrassed, you need to file complaints and block communications on those people. No one here can give you a free name change.

Apologies, but you can not request a forced name change. Your Gamertag appears to not violate the Xbox LIVE Code of Conduct or Terms of Use. In order to change your gamertag, you will have to pay for it like everyone else.
