I have been falsely reported and suspended

i jave been reported for no good reason just because some people i was playing with got salty that none of use where in the hostage room (Rainbow Six Seige) and then team won and so they reported me for no good reason and the other report was for playing
as a character that is looked down upon in For Honor (Raider) and i was winning so then they reported me. Could i have my suspension gone and my reputation clean please.

Anything involving sensitive events, current or historical

In this instance it does not matter whether Erwin Rommel was a Nazi or not. He decided, of his own free will, to be part of the criminal organisation that was the Nazi Wehrmacht. Therefore any depiction of an officer in this army is likely to cause offence,
myself included.

I was falsely reported and suspended

Today I got a message from xbox live. It said that I was suspended for 1 day because someone(s) reported my gamer pic. It was of Erwin Rommel a german Field Marshal during WW 2. He was a great lead and person so I decided to put him as my gamer pic. Now
I cropped out all of his medals because the second a person sees an Iron Cross they automatically think that they are a Nazi. Rommel wasn't even a Nazi and even tried to stop them at one point. I shouldn't of been suspended for this and people who make these
false reports should face consequences I did nothing wrong and should have this removed form my record

If someone filed a false report then you would not of been suspended.

Regardless, the Enforcement Team cannot be found in the forums. If you feel it is unfair, you can submit a case review to appeal the suspension at enforcement.xbox.com

False reports don't end up with anyone being suspended.If fact the people making the false report are likely to be suspended for abusing the report function.

Asking people to add you is not allowed as it's considered spamming.

There's nothing else i can tell you,you should of been given a reason for your suspension & like i said,if you can't file for a case review then there's nothing you can do.

They don't just suspend people for no legit reason.
