I have been falsely banned from communications and need help, ASAP.

I was playing Rainbow Six Siege with my friend and as we were playing our team-mate was shooting us and downing us (even though my friend and I were carrying the team (top of the leader board with most kills), so I killed him then won the round single handedly and
sent him a message after the match was over (as my friend was getting off due to his parents) and the message read "kys" or "kill yourself" and then two minutes later I was communication banned till may 1st, which in all honesty is unfair to both me and the
people I play with because I like to have regular fun with those who I play with but when someone try's to kill you and fails so you kill them and then get banned for winning the match for that same person. I think my banning is unfair and should be put in
the context of the game and not the direct action. I'm in need of help from the support team or the enforcement team

I have, but im not sure if im able to complete this right, because when i click agree on the tos it goes back to enforcement.xbox.com when i hear that there is a added note section which i cant seem to find, so idk if i will even be able to appeal the context
of my suspention due to my bad computer or just in general. so if someone can contact a member of the enforcement team and show them this, that would be great.

 

"Kill yourself" is a pretty rotten thing to say to someone regardless of how it's meant. I'd say that's why you've been banned, not for merely "winning the match".

Just try to imagine anything you want to say to someone, then imagine saying that to someones face in person and then imagine what they would do. If they'd punch you then you probably shouldn't say it online either. I find it easier to just not respond to
people acting the fool on XBL.

 

I understand that context or not, the usage of "kill yourself" is pretty vulgar but when you have someone being arrogant towards you and your friend when you are the only reason that they're even winning I would be angry. I understand most people would say
that what I have said was both rude and mean but when you apply the context of what was said to both the person it is directed towards and what that person does is not going to reflect a simple message that should have no meaning to someone's actual life.
That being said I feel there should be consideration for my case to be appealed because all comments made online should not be taken seriously especially the fact that a simple comment like "kys" is nothing to what you can pick up from almost any Call of Duty
match, some things I have heard over time from others online who have been reported with comments like "slit your wrist's" "Suck a D**k" "Your a Fa**ot" and the list could go on, and on, but these people get nothing does to them even though there comments
were alot more meaning full to those who the were directed to in more ways then one. So I put my case forward that my case should be dropped and I un Communication Banned, because of a comment that wasn't meant to hurt anyone accept make the person think about what
they are doing in the future when they play games that they are able to team kill they don't. So I'm saying this to possibly appease someone who works at the enforcement team or can contact them, I would like to propose that if they can create a website in
which has a click counter and can set a goal for me to reach like 1 million click in 48 hours, so I can show that i want and need to be un communication banned so I can do good in the community by reporting others who do wrong and correct them in what they
say. So i'm asking to be an un official enforcement team team helper, aka i'll report people if they swear at others or make in-appropriate statements to others.

I can understand why "kys" is rotten but when your aiming to go into esports on a game you love, you should be able to play in peace and not being back stabbed by a teammate for no reason, so in regards to your statement if you were playing a competitive
game and are being messed with by someone who is supose to be helping you, i would assume you would be pissed of ro at least angry at the person.

but in all honesty i wish I could retract my "kys" statement in order for some personal redemption.

 

I was finally able to sent in case notes to the enforcement team, and hope they read them over and make the right decision.
