I have been false permanently banned from Xbox Live

*Note this is not my account that has been banned, I cannot create forum posts with my banned account*

Happy Holidays everyone!

Recently, I logged onto Xbox live and was prompted with a very abrupt message that I have been banned (with a big red ban hammer). I logged onto enforcement.xbox.com and read that I was banned for "Account Theft." I immediately realized that this was a mistake,
and I needed to get this sorted out immediately! I called xbox customer support, and they weren't much help. I was directed to come here and post about it.

My xbox account that got banned is under the email *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. *** and it's gamertag is Logiciy. I am an Xbox One Player.

Here is the error message that I recieve from enformcement.xbox.com:

I know that this is a false ban, and can prove that it is a false ban. The only thing I can think of that would cause this ban to take place, was that my friend came over and signed into his account on my xbox so we could play on his account. I don't really
think that that's worth getting banned over though. Please help me, I have spent countless hours on my xbox and it would be heartbreaking to see it all be thrown away.
