I have been console banned for no reason

Any chance that someone has had the use of your console while you've been away? if so then you may want to have a conversation with them.

First all I suggest you to don't post such personal details on a pubblic forum. About the ban/suspension...nobody here can help you. You have to reach the enforcement page:

https://enforcement.xbox.com

Here you will find all the information and, if possible, you can submit a case review.

You can't appeal console bans.

Sign into the link beloew, check and see what enforcement action are on your account, then if you still feel so you can start appeal against said actions from the same page.

Plus you should have a email explaining why you, or your console, have been banned.
