I have been comunications banned but have not been given a date on when the ban will be lifted?

I have recently received a communications ban ( censorship ) on xbox live for posting profanity when looking for a group. I was informed that I had been banned and what for but there was no information on when the ban will be lifted. I have been communication
banned on a multiple time basis and my profile is under the reputation "needs work".

I just don't want this to tern into this thing where I'm not being informed about when the ban has been lifted so I eventually move on from gaming. any support on the topic would be extremely helpful.

Hello ive been banned via xbox and I was ok I didn't complain about anything regarding that I accepted my ban and I was given a date and time when it would be lifted and its been that date and time and I no longer according to the website have a ban but
it still active.

having some serious issues getting through to the enforcement team, have spoken to customer service multiple times and although they have been helpful dont have the authority to do much and i have tried to submit case reviews but i am constantly getting

yes I viewed everything it just doesn't tell me when the ban will be lifted, it sucks man.
