I have been child locked on my main xbox account. I am 24 and don't know what to do.

If yes, please try these steps. Select the Windows icon on your PC then go to Settings then System -> Apps -> Apps & features -> look for Xbox app and click it. ->The advanced options link will appear. Click it. -> On the next page, click on the Reset button to reset Xbox app to default settings.

After that, kindly sign out and sign back in on the Microsoft store app and the Xbox app.

In case the issue still persist, make sure that under Privacy, Xbox One/ Windows 10 online safety, everything is set as ALLOW and EVERYONE.

ok so i deleted the adult account off of my xbox one and i can't remember the email or password i used to create it. my parents give me full permission to do what ever it is online but he thing is they don't know how to turn a computer on even. so what I'm

How do I know what kind of account the child is on? I thought I made his a child account. Also, how do we passcode our account? It's the same account because I don't have one or play Xbox.

I am not aware that I have a child account, I never created it like that nor are there any 'parents' connected to my account. So it can't be a child account.

What do you mean with try another account? If I switch to another account I don't have any games on there, and as I said earlier, I do not own an Xbox One, I'm on Windows.
