    I have been charged twice for the same game and was denied a refund for both. I'm [mod removed] fuming cause I literally can't own two digital copies of the same game! On top of that one was a deluxe version that I never ordered! There is no one to contact for a return! I want my damn money back!

    If your refund was rejected and you believe it is in error, please reply to the email you received informing you of the refund rejection. In your response, explain in detail the reasons why you should reconsider your decision and why you think you should accept it. This is the only way to appeal the denial and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

    If you have not received an email informing you of your refund rejection after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk folder, I recommend you request a refund again using this alternative link:

    https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund

    If your refund is denied again this time, you should receive an email informing you of the rejection as this is the only way they communicate this information when a refund is requested through that link. When you receive the email, reply to it as I mentioned before.

    Remember that this is a public forum of the Microsoft community where we are players like you who try to help/guide other players to find the solution to the problems they are experiencing, however we do not belong to Microsoft, this means that we do not have access to the accounts or information of other players.

    website (if you aren't in the US/Canada) and someone will get back to you about these charges.

    I have had this issue myself. It is best to contact Microsoft support by phone with that type of problem. Just a heads up it could take 7 to 10 business days for the money to be put back into your account.
