I have been charged twice for my XBox Live Gold subscription

I have been charged twice for my XBox Live Gold subscription. Both charges came out in June but on different days. Both via Paypal. Only one of the payments is showing in my Microsoft order history but both are showing on Paypal. I have disputed with Paypal but they say it is a Microsoft problem. Help please!

I did buy xbox game pass after buying xbox gold and i did this before the expiry of earlier subscription. But i haven't been charged for xbox live gold but do charged for game pass ultimate.

I bought the Xbox live gold subscription for 1 year , the price was 119.00 however I was charged 238.00 or twice , and now how to do to be compensated , as shown on the site 119.00 but when I click invoice appears 238.00 this is theft !!!

Based on what you had posted here you may have had Xbox Live Gold up until Feb 8th. Most likely, it was in the middle of the monthly subscription and they may have canceled the sub and removed the pending charge.

The other issue about being charged twice for Xbox Live is again an issue when the system tries to charge your card for a month and there's either not enough funds or the bank doesn't process the charge. Meanwhile your subscription remains active but the
charge is pending. Then you get into the next month of Xbox Live gold and the charge for the last month and the next month go through when there's funds on the card.

Xbox Support should be able to see when your billing date is and see the pending and attempted charges and then finally the successful charge for those two previous months.

You can request a refund for it at xbox.com/refunds but if your transaction is not showing up on that page, kindly fill out the Manual Refund Webform on this link: https://support.xbox.com/forms/request-a-refund. You can find the order number of your transaction by signing in to your email at this link: https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/.

Once you're done submitting your request, you'll receive an email result within 72 hours and if your request gets approved, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to reflect on your bank account but it really depends on your bank's policy.
