Discus and support I have been charged twice for a purchase I made on 19062020 in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; On 19.06.2020 I bought vbooks on fortnite for 7.99.     On 19.06.2020 I bought vbooks on fortnite for 7.99.

    I have now been billed twice for this and request a refund.

    Support here would not be able to help, as it's a billing issue, so I would recommend you go to account.microsoft.com and then select Payments & Billing > Order History. From there, find the duplicate order and select "Get order help" underneath it in
    the description. That will take you to the page that will have information on how to get in touch with the right department to fix the issue.

    Go here xbox.com/refund, and request the refund. If the refund gets rejected, reply to the email explaining why you want the refund, and then Microsoft may give you the refund.

    When you upgrade, you're still charged the full amount. The remaining time on your regular Game Pass would have just been converted to Ultimate and the Ultimate you purchased would be added to that as well.

    When filling out the refund request form, be sure to select "Billing error" as the reason for the refund, and then choose "Duplicate charge for the same item". Provide all the relevant details in the text box that appears, so that the refund team can understand the issue you are facing in a better way.

    To prevent this from happening again in the future, I recommend that you contact Microsoft Store Support using the contact information from the following link:

    This way, they can investigate if there is an issue with your account causing these double charges and should be able to correct it.

    You'll need to contact support directly and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us. Fill out a ticket on the
    website (if you aren't in the US/Canada) and someone will get back to you about these charges.
