    On 29 April 2020 my son purchased GTA5 through Xbox Live For $45.46. It said it was declined so I tried to purchase it again and it told me to contact my bank. I contacted the Police Bank and they advised me that I have been debited twice. I authorize
    the purchase of 1 game and only want to be debited once. The game does not show up on my Xbox. Can you please help me I understand how busy you are.

    You'll need to contact support directly and speak to billing. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or support.xbox.com/contact-us. Fill out a ticket on the
    website (if you aren't in the US/Canada) and someone will get back to you about these charges.

    I have had this issue myself. It is best to contact Microsoft support by phone with that type of problem. Just a heads up it could take 7 to 10 business days for the money to be put back into your account.

    not all the contact us categories give you the option to talk directly to Support

    to get a call back or online chat with Support, go to https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us then select Family and online safety as the category and I want to protect
    my account as the topic.

    skip the Covid notification then scroll down to the bottom of the options for Chat online or Request a call.
