    Hi,

    I have been charged multiple times from my debit card the same amounts $10.88 from 7.5-7.6. The total charges have been more than $100.

    I don't have any Xbox account, and have purchased any thing from Microsoft recently.

    Please let me know what we can correct this

    I have recently purchased a new PC gaming machine and was offered a Microsoft game pass for an initial amount of $1/month and then $15.95 monthly thereafter. I just checked my credit card and found that there was a charge of $15.95 and it is not $1 as it claimed. I have just signed up for only 1 week. I think I have been conned by Microsoft. Could someone help me with this $1 free game pass that is not free at all.

    Please follow the steps below to see if these are really unauthorized charges that are not linked to any Microsoft account that you own:

    If you do not have a Microsoft account with an active subscription or service and you did not purchase anything from Microsoft, meaning these are really unauthorized charges, I would suggest you to contact your bank or credit card company, dispute the charge and request them to stop all future payments from Microsoft.

    I understand your frustration. This was probably done by someone who stole your bank account or credit card information and used it to purchase a service or subscription from Microsoft. If you don't know the account these products or subscriptions are being purchased for, Microsoft billing support team might not be able to cancel the purchases and refund you.

    I'm not a Microsoft employee. I never worked for Microsoft and I do not have access to user accounts, billing or purchase information. I'm just a user helping other users.

    I would suggest you to create a thread for you. But this trial is only for new subscribers, if you ever had Game Pass before - doesn't matter if from a trial period, promotion or subscription - you are not eligible for the $1 offer.

    You've been a Silver for 4 of those 7 years. I've been on Xbox Live for 6 years, but it says I'm a 5 and I have bee a Silver for about 6 months of that time.
