    Hi, I've been trying to find a way to get in touch with someone from customer service or support but have found no way of doing so.

    I have been charged £49.99 from my PayPal by Xbox for Xbox gold which I never asked for, never received and is not in my order history. I have contacted PayPal and they verified it was taken by my Microsoft account and told me to get in touch with Microsoft. I am getting nowhere so would appreciate any help.

    In this situation please contact Microsoft support directly via the link

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/contact-us

    They will be able to access your account and billing history and look into the matter further.

    Can you please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders and check if you can see the transaction from there? If it's not showing from there, please check all Microsoft accounts that you own.
