    Sorry to hear about that. Could you please check your account order history on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if you could see a recent order with that same amount? If not, it's possible that it may be on a different account.

    You may want to check from your family members if one of your accounts is currently signed in to any device or gaming console in your house and possibly made the purchase or subscription there.

    In any case you can't find the right account, I suggest to directly contact your bank instead to file a dispute and cancel the payment permanently from that account.

    I have just had excatly the same happen to me, first a $1 charge, then a $19.95 charge. I cancelled my card and now the replacement one has again been billed $19.95. I have just contacted the bank again so will have to see what they say.

    well for one thing a 1month charge of live isn't 30bucks

    that would be a 3month charge

    if you default in payment yes

    but that would be 19.95

    so 30bucks would be a purchase not a renewal
