    We need to validate first what was the charge for, kindly ask your son to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders please let me know if you can see the charges from there as well as the description so we can check what is the issue.

    How do I use my Microsoft account balance on gamepass for my xbox 1

    For some reason, after I try to purchase game pass with my account balance, it says to approve the payment from my banking app, saying I will be charged 17.99 on my banking app when I already have sufficient funds on my account.

    What is the issue here, and will I actually be charged on my card?

    Im in the same situation, I pre orderd an xbox serries x september 22 and my order history at one point last week said expected novemeber 10th and now it just says paid with the ending of my card and no date or anything that says when it will arrive. I
    then spoke to someone from microsoft and he said if my card hasn’t been charged im likely to be on the 2nd waive of orders in december. Never trusting microsoft with ordering again
