    It can be from a recurring subscription. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, from there you can check all transactions that you have on your account.

    Once you found it you will also see what was the charge for and you can request a refund by signing in to https://xbox.com/refunds.

    It can be from an auto-renewal of your subscription. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders using all Microsoft accounts that you own, Phoebe.

    Is your Game Pass Ultimate subscription showing as active here?

    If it is, you can Manage, cancel or ask a refund for a Game Pass subscription following the steps mentioned on this guide:

    https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/subscriptio...

    If you can't see your Game Pass Ultimate subscription showing as active, make sure you are signed in with the correct Microsoft Account. If it's active and you're not being able to use it on Xbox or PC, try to sign out and in again on your device. Maybe it is just a sync issue.
