My microsoft account was blocked 2 weeks ago. I send you forms but you do not answer. On your site it is said that the answer is given within 24 hours following the mail. It's been a week since I wait for an answer that normally takes 24h

I'm getting notifications from a person I have both blocked and muted

for the past few weeks I've been getting notifications from a user, that to my knowledge I have never been friends with or have play a game with, that they are getting online. I have since blocked and muted the account but I'm still getting the notification
for them. Is this a known glitch and is there anything I can do to stop receiving the notification?

I understand you have a question about your friend blocking you.

Actually, if a friend is blocking you, you will not be able to message him anymore.

It is possible that he turned off his notifications for some reason and that is why he is not reading your messages or it could simply be that he does not want to respond.

Try inviting him to a party or send him a voice mail. Or any other form to contact him aside from the Xbox.

Also, if you were banned you wouldn't be able to use your current profile, you can't play online due to your current account status *AKA silver Status= Minimal Features*

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

The only way to report someone is via your console.It can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

If you have done that then they will be investigated but you will not be told the result of the investigation.

If they receive enforcement action you might get a thank you message but this is very rare.

Doesn't matter who starts something,if you retaliate in any way the violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

As the enforcement team do not use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
here for more info about your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

Your friends will have to do the same.

In future it is always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online.
