Discus and support I have been billed twice. How I do get a refund? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I have been charged twice for the same game.     I have been charged twice for the same game. Can you please explain how I go about getting a refund? Please give me a specific link or instructions on how I raise this issue for a UK customer as trying to find advice and use these forums is a nightmare
    - I've been going round in circles for over an hour!

    Sorry mate but you'll probably have to contact support and raise the issue with them. I know Live was having some issues last night and I was unable to purchase anything.

    Today, I received an email receipt for the game I tried to purchase last night. The trouble is when I try to download it Live wants me to pay for it again.
