    Hi there,
    I just subscribed to EA Access for one year. but I have been billed for 2 years! then I received an email telling me that one of the 2 years was canceled.

    I have been Billed twice (2 years) and my EA access still doesn't work [​IMG]

    Now my EA Access account shows : Expired

    I have been Billed twice (2 years) and my EA access still doesn't work [​IMG]

    Now my bank account shows 2 years value 258 RAS "missing"

    Is there any real solution to contact xbox support to resolve this issue ????

    Billed twice for one game purchase

    I was billed twice for EA access so instead of just thirty dollars I was billed 60 dollars

    As stated above my Smwutches, the account balance doesn't work for third party subscriptions. It will work if you try to renew
    Xbox Live Gold or Game pass but that
    doesn't include EA Access.

    Unfortunately, a different payment method must be used in this occasion.

    Yeah I only got this the first time as a new member, then found a deal on Amazon offering 6 months for $35 and EA Access for $15 for 12 months. I bought it twice since and now have Gamepass until December and EA Access till sometime next year.
