I have been billed for a purchase on an account that does not exist

Hello Scott, If you've already contacted support and they say the account no longer exists, have they tried to locate the charge by your credit card number?

If they have not been able to track you will have to contact your bank so that you can cancel the charge and credit card.

Have the same issue. Doesnt matter if i use paypal or existing cash on the account... always get the purchase billing error!!!

It would’ve appeared with the link provided however he doesn’t have an account.

All purchases made on one single date but in four transactions and all to Microsoft.

He does have an iPhone but on the bill it’s Microsoft. EE state it could be an in app purchase. I have checked all apps, no purchases seem to have been made nor for the prices listed on the bill match an prices for the packs.

I tried but it always say "The Microsoft account you've entered does not exist." because the email of my account have been change
