    i have been banned with no explanation


    so i got an email saying i received an enforcement and when i clicked the link to see why i got banned there was nothing, with the only thing that showed up was a ban from last year and i cant see how long im banned for or even appeal to the ban . whats the deal with this?

    There is an issue with the notification system for suspensions telling everyone they are permanently suspended, when it's actually a shorter suspension. You can try contacting support and they can tell you how long your suspension actually is, but they won't have any further information about the suspension. There's currently an issue with the enforcement site not showing current suspensions which means it's not possible to submit a case review at the moment.

    Unfortunately the only information about your suspension will be what's listed on the enforcement site. There's no way to find out specifics about why they issues a suspension.

    im aware about the reasons why you can be console banned what im saying is i have never done any of the things listed in the link i havent been on xbox for a week and suddenly im banned ? it doesnt add up i need an explanation.
