    I have recently been banned from playing multiplayer games which this has never happened to me before, I don't feel like I deserve to be banned from doing the thing I love.

    Sorry to hear it. Unfortunately no one here can help with enforcement actions. You'll need to log in to enforcement.xbox.com and click on the hammer icon. From there you can see the reason and duration of the action and open a case review with the PET.

    i have been banned for no reason and i don't know why.

    what im saying is, is that i haven't even attempted the case review yet and when i went there it said i had to wait 24 hours already.

    To check your suspension: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Make sure you read the Code of Conduct before filing for a case review in order to answer the questionare correctly, otherwise you have to wait 24 hrs in order to have a go at it again
