I have been banned for no reason and i have no clue why.

My account "Tayman2002" has been banned for a week for "Inappropriate Communication" but i have done nothing. I need help because I can't get unbanned. I don't use voice chat with people i don't know, i only talk with my friends, and i don't message anyone.
Please help.

The enforcement team does not use the forums. They can only be contacted via the case review process on enforcement.xbox.com if the ban is eligible.
