    okay I have recently been banned for 2 months on my chat services. I'm not able to do an appeal. My son is the one who has been banned. But he is suspended from ever using my system again. 2 months is really harsh. I have been with xbox since day one. I

    I got chat banned for no reason I haven't been in Xbox for a month and come on and says I can't send messages and join my friends party's can some one explain why I got chat banned!!

    is there any way to speak to the enforcement team as i would like to chat with you asking why i have been banned, i sent one message in my defense and i get banned for two months

    The enforcement team does not use the forums. Submitting a case review would be the onlly way to contact them. Since it is not eligible for a review, all you can do is wait it out.

    Another Update ... Ban Over and still can't chat and no way to contact anyone at Microsoft to help.

    Been over a month now since my ban ended, and still cant chat or send messages.

    This is a joke..!!!

    Unclear about comm ban length.

    That doesn't really help lol Ya I read that before but mine has been going on for not 1, not 7, not 14 days. It has been a month and I was told it was lifted on the 24th of last month like I said. I also just had a COMMUNICATION ban, not an account suspension.

    When you have an account suspension you can't even sign into Xbox Live. I was never unable to sign into Xbox Live and I was able to play any game off and online. Like I said before, for that week I had all communication taken away but then after that week
    I got everything back except party and in-game chat. Is it some kind of half communication ban? lol Or is this a glitch? or is this a permanent party chat/in-game chat ban?
