    Can't send message!

    For some unkown reason I can't send any messages on my xbox and I checked my account and it doesn't say I am banned or anything like that. Please help me!

    file a complaint against them. Then, as needed, mute, block communications,
    adjust online status to 'friends only' and move on.

    Hey AssistantSkink4! I just want to pop in and reiterate, you will not receive an official response regarding your ban in this forum. If you have posted in the enforcement forums then you've taken the right course of action and should receive a response
    from the XBLPET so make sure to check the email linked to your account! If you do feel your account was accessed by someone besides yourself make sure to check
    https://billing.microsoft.com for any unusual purchases and call phone support to set up an unauthorized access investigation. If you don't see any irregularities you'll need to wait for the response
    from XBLPET. Since you have been provided the information you need I'm going to lock this thread! :)
