Discus and support I have been banned for a misunderstanding! in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have been banned on the only account that i play on.     I have been banned on the only account that i play on. I am a 15 year old kid and i understand that stealing is wrong, on the other hand, my brother who is 6 years old still does not. I got one of my friend's account to help him in a game and that's
    it. when i left my house to go to a friends for a couple of nights my brother when on the account and bought two games on the account. when i came back i got banned and i told him the story and he said he forgives me. He called Microsoft and got his money
    back and everything was solved, EXEPT I WAS BANNED. I understand the term and services but this was a complete misunderstanding and accident, so please lift my ban so i can enjoy playing xbox again. Please. Thank You.

    Ban mistake

    My account named has been banned for Harrassment and Abuse and it is an honest mistake. I never harrassed or abused anyone on Xbox live. It may have been a misclick or a misunderstanding. If you could please remove the ban hopefully then I

    Account Blocked.

    My account has been banned the banned gamertag is [Mod removed] and it says I altered my avatar oustside of official tools which is completely not true iv been wearing the same thing for as long as i can remember and it says I illegitimately
    gained achievements which I don't know how that's possible but that's not true either please there must be a misunderstanding.

    It is possible you have a suspension from Xbox Live, which is where Njal's advice would work. If you can play other games, but NOT Forza Horizon 4, you may have been banned from just that game. The forums at
    Forza Motorsport will be your best place to look after that.
