Discus and support I have been banned falsely for 2 weeks :( in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; A few days ago I got banned by these kids being really rude.     I have been banned falsely for 2 weeks :(


    A few days ago I got banned by these kids being really rude. They were talking about our past life (tragedies) and making fun of it. It made my friends and I really mad so, we said some things to defend ourselves and each other. They keep harassing us on
    xbox live and won't stop. Then they reported every single message we had and WE got banned, but they didn't. Thanks for reading this and thank you for your time tell me if my friends and I could be unbanned I have been banned falsely for 2 weeks :( :(.

    Getting suspension lifted

    Recently been suspended on Xbox live for communications I've been banned for a day and learnt my lesson but now I've been banned for a week with no reason what so ever. Can someone help me as this is unfair towards people who have been falsely accused.

    I have been banned falsely for 2 weeks :(

    Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

    The only way to report someone is via your console.It can't be done on the forums or anywhere else.

    If you have done that then they will be investigated but you will not be told the result of the investigation.

    If they receive enforcement action you might get a thank you message but this is very rare.

    Doesn't matter who starts something,if you retaliate in any way the violates the ToU/CoC you risk enforcement action.

    As the enforcement team do not use the forums you need to go to the enforcement site
    here for more info about your suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    Your friends will have to do the same.

    In future it is always best to just report & block anyone harassing you online.

    I have been false banned

    I have found out why I have been banned it is because when you get suspended for saying something bad the message automatically deletes as usual but I realized when your suspension is over the person can go back to to the auto deleted message report it and get you suspended again and that is why.

    You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com and if the ban is eligible you can file a case review from that site. That is the only place to contact the enforcement team.

    Wrongful and Unjust Bans from The Xbox Enforcement Team

    Nobody gets a 2 week ban for nothing, I'd recommend reviewing the code of conduct. Accusing people of cheating in any manner can be considered harassment.
    im not accusing anyone its a solid fact that everyone can see besides i havent sent any msgs since the first 2 bans therefore they have 0 msgs left to ban me from since they cant ban me for the same msg more than once cause that would mean they r abusing
    their power and banning without cause therefore i have been wrongly and falsely banned but they refuse to give an actual legitimate reason since i have broken no code of conduct rules
