    I was in a game of fortnite and my mum disconnected the internet because I was being too loud, then my friend Dave SGC started having a go at me over Xbox messages and got angry at me because I left the game, which I had no control over, and then we have
    spoken over Snapchat and we have now made up and become mates again and I just don’t really think I should be banned for two weeks for something that wasn’t entirely my fault at all. Gamer tag - . Many thanks

    That's heavy dude, you should unfriend your bad friend and perma banned him/her in your house forever. Good luck with the case review.

    Couple things when you say you got the money refunded do you mean the friend that the money was taken off his account went to his bank and disputed the charges and MS gave the money back to the bank?

    Did you call MS and tell them what happened and they refunded the money?

    Scenario 1 MS looks at this as someone trying to bypass MSs refund policies and considers this marketplace theft. Which is a permanently bannable offense.

    Scenario 2 would depend on what MS policies on refunds are whether they would give the money back or not

    Keep this in mind that YOU are responsible for your account at ALL times.

    The MS Enforcement team is the only people that deal with suspensions

    The only way to contact the Enforcement team is through the case review process at their website enforcement.xbox.com

    You would go there sign in with the account that has the ban on it click on the orange hammer it will then bring up your enforcement history and should have a link on that page to file for a case review it will then ask you a series of questions about the
    code of conduct that you have to get all of them right in order to continue on once you get all of them right you will then be given a chance to appeal you ban at which point the enforcement team will reinvestigate your ban and determine if they can lift the
    ban or not.

    Quitting early is a violation of the terms of use, but I can understand where you are coming from.

    Tell your mom not to disconnect the internet because she is most likely paying for Xbox LIVE and getting banned is just a waste of money.

    Either way, If you want to appeal a ban, you have to submit a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com

    Tell your mom not to disconnect the internet because she is most likely paying for Xbox LIVE and getting banned is just a waste of money.

    As it's not a xbox live ban & a game specific ban then the op will have to try & contact 2K support again.Xbox live enforcement do not deal with game specific bans.
