so Friday i got a enforcement ban message while i was in the party with my uncle and my brother then after they had left i tried to join a party with my friends and i couldnt hear or talk to them, so my question is what am i banned for. Also while i was
at work today i got another enforcement message and when i got home from work now i cant play multiplayer games with my family. So how can i get another ban while im at work? Doesnt make any sense when im not even home to do anything wrong xbox is really starting
to aggrivate me and i might delete my xbox live profile because its crazy how you guys can ban someone for some reason and not tell them why their banned. So if you guys can give me some information that would deffinitely help my situation right now because
im very upset with xbox in general right now

I thought that you also get a message if you've been banned?! And why the hell would I be banned? The whole of last night I was just exping with friends so I have 4 people that can vouch that theres been no cheating or whatever the reasoning for bans these
days. This is ridiculous.

Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
& Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.

Code of conduct violations encompass a number of situations, including, but not limited to:

Engaging in communications that claim or imply that you are Xbox staff
Having a Gamertag or profile content that contains hate speech or profanity
Using in game exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players
