    Hello dear Support Enforcement.

    My Gamer Tag is:

    Recently, trying to connect to Xbox Live, I got the message that I was suspended and I couldn't talk to my friends.

    Yet I bought a subscription to the Xbox Live Gold 3 months, and I did nothing special that could have caused this suspension.

    I am a good player, and I never did anything wrong on the game servers. In addition I know the rules of the server and I don't violate any condition.

    It is for this reason that I wish to no longer be suspended as soon is it you please.

    i have been banned for no reason and i don't know why.

    what im saying is, is that i haven't even attempted the case review yet and when i went there it said i had to wait 24 hours already.

    To check your suspension: https://enforcement.xbox.com

    Make sure you read the Code of Conduct before filing for a case review in order to answer the questionare correctly, otherwise you have to wait 24 hrs in order to have a go at it again

    I think i have been communication banned but i dont understand why?

    The enforcement team don't use the forums.

    Communications covers more than talking & even if you just talk in a party with friends you still have to follow the code of conduct.
