I have been banned and I am not being told why.

I received an online suspension for "harassment, abuse or threatening" other players. The problem I have with that is I was communication banned a couple of days prior, so there was no way for me to harass, abuse or threaten anyone. I have been in contact
with support many many times and they cannot help me. I appealed for a review on the enforcement website and they rejected my appeal and did not notify me why, nor did they give me any additional information about my suspension despite my request. Can somebody
please help me I don't know what else to do. If the online suspension was for a good reason I am happy to accept it but they wont tell me why and I refuse to accept the reason they gave me as I was communication banned prior, not giving me an opportunity to
harass, abuse or threaten anybody.

No one here has access to your enforcement history. You can request a case review at the Microsoft enforcement website

I have been banned for communication I have checked my messages and there is no communication that breaks code of conduct and also I have only been in parties with close friends so I have been banned and I have not been told why or there is no evidence
as to why

 

The enforcement team do not use the forums so no one here can tell you the exact reason.

Any report filed against you has to be investigated which takes time so you were suspended for something you did before your other suspension started.

The only place to contact the enforcement team is via a case review which you have already done.
