I have been banned 3 times in ONE DAY, HELP!

So I'm just supposed to get permanently banned for no reason? This system doesn't make any sense! I've been a customer for years without anything like this happening. Why is it now that I am being targeted by the system for doing nothing wrong!? What am I supposed to do, there isn't a single human being who can change anything about my situation? My appeals have been denied and I've been left in the dark with nothing to go on and no one to contact about the issue. I can't just sit here and let my account get permanently banned for NO REASON. How would I even get banned a THIRD TIME, for a profile picture PROVIDED BY XBOX??? This doesn't make any sense. Is there anything, ANYTHING, I can do or anyone I can talk to regarding this issue? Or do I have to throw my hands up in the air and let myself get banned forever, over something out of my control?

The enforcement team are the only ones who handle bans and there is no other way to talk to them. Again, if they upheld their decision, there is nothing else that can be done.

Thanks for the response, but this was the only thing I did that got me banned. I sent a msg to someone it was auto reported to Microsoft, I was immediately banned. And last night I was banned again for the exact same msg and it's been 3 weeks since the initial 4 day ban. I only msgd that one time and never again. I told Microsoft they were banning me for the exact same thing and they are making the 22 day ban stick. So yeah, they are banning me 2 times for the one incident.

i have indeed found out its a department apart. though suport did point me in the right direction.
i hope things don't get worse for no reason and i can go back to playing with friends!
