I cannot play any game online and I was even told by an enforcement member that I could. I should be communications banned, not banned from all privileges. It isn't right because not only do I understand what I did wrong, I want to change it and not have
it happen again. It strictly says that online multiplayer but is still accessible.. please help-foxtrot was the one who looked at my case review

not being able to play online

I was recently communications banned for 14 days which I accepted but upon signing in today and trying to play online for some reason I cannot I was wrongfully communication banned because of xbox's system with the gamer picture and now I'm multiplayer banned
I don't even have a message saying I was multiplayer/communication banned and now none of my accounts can play online

i got a 2 week console coms and multiplayer ban and it says its uplifted but im still banned

so on the 8th of september i got a console communication and multiplayer ban and it says im uplifted sense the 23rd but im still banned. its been a huge inconvenience for me sense its been 9 days sense the bans been "uplifted". PLEASE IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME

I have attached a picture that specifically states I can play online multiplayer, but not talk but yet I'm banned from multiplayer as well.

Unfortunately the only ones that can address enforcement issues are the enforcement team located on the site you linked. What is the error you get when you try to play MP? Is your XBL Gold up to date?

Hello Stan,

There are different types of bans and such. With a communication ban you are still able to play just wont be able to communicate via text or chat. Multiplayer bans are for multiplayer and so on. So it is entirely possible you were able to play during that
month of the suspension. The enforcement team is the only one that can issue a ban or take it away. No one here on the forums can do anything about a ban and enforcement doesn't use the forums at all.

As this has been answered I will be locking this thread as there is no other way to contact Enforcement except a case review.
