Please help me! I got into a lobby with a modder and he was being a jerk so he said sorry and he said he was gonna give me all the achievements but I would get de-ranked (This was on W@W btw) so anywase I said no and he said no it's fine and he wouldn't
take it off so a day later, I came home from school and boom I got console banned for 12/31/9999, please lift the ban because I had nothing to do with modding. Thanks - Noah Nickles | My banned gamertag: AwesomeGamer935 | His gamertag: [Mod removed]

right, my gamerscore got reset because i been accused of modding my gamerscore witch is not true so please help.....

Accused of Modding and Harassed.

Calling out gamertags & posting links to pictures containing peoples gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

If you have done nothing wrong then you will not get suspended or banned.

The only way to report someone is via your console

You should also block & avoid any person sending you abusive messages.

Please don't name and shame on the Forums. Unfortunately, its recommend that you leave the lobby as soon as you are aware of any modifications within the lobby to avoid any account actions. In this case the Account Band will stay as is. However, please post
here with a description and the account gamertag that got Band. A XBLPET will get in touch soon about why your account received action. This does not un-band accounts. forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx

Ok thanks but it is a console ban and it's unfair that that happened. My xbox is also the MW3 one so I rly don't want to buy another.

that is why as SOON as you realize you are in a modded lobby exit back to the dashboard the longer you are in said lobby the more likely you will get banned for cheating sorry it sucks but those are the rules and bans of that kind are NOT overturned and
there is NO appeal process.

My thread just got moved to the "Aholes Who Can't Refrain From Accusing Others of Lying and Idea Theft" board on the forums... which would have been lot easier if said mod just deleted the posts instead.

Those games are a mess. They can't ban everyone that's been accused in that game otherwise no one would still be playing. Hell, they can't even ban the actual culprits.

Threats of a ban are hollow and never come to anything. I think everyone has been threatened by some kid saying he can get you banned.
