I have been a member of Xbox rewards for a while. I'm not sure exactly when I became a member. Early 2015 maybe. I have had continuous Xbox Live Gold the entire time. Bought games online. Can anyone help?

We responded to your previous post at (Im not getting any rewards on my account). To reiterate, since none of your purchases have gone
toward offers, and you are not a one star MyVIP member, you have not gained any Rewards Credits. Gold has no effect on the Rewards program beside doubling the payback from your MyVIP stars.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

It takes time for them to deposit, it's not an over night thing. Give it a few days and everything should be fine. Now as far as your other statement are you saying you've never recieved your rewards points? How long have you been a member of the Rewards
program?
