    I have banned for no reason


    I have been console banned for no reason I haven't been on xbox in a week since the last time I played. Can someone please help me with this. I can't speak to my friends, o can't play with them, I literally can't do anything with my Xbox multiplayer wise.
    I've been trying to contact Xbox and get help with this problem for 2 days no one has given me a solution every agent i have come in contact with has sent me to different link that is no help. Please Xbox contact me and fix this problem. It is genuinely a
    problem i am just looking for my console to be unbanned. Someone from Xbox please help .

    Enforcement actions are not handled on the forums, as the Xbox Enforcement team does not post here.

    You will need to log on to http://enforcement.xbox.com, check your Enforcement history, and submit a case review (if eligible).

    I have banned for no reason

    i was banned from Xbox live until October 4 for harrasing and threats to other players which I have never harrased or threatened anyone which is why I need to know why someone was being super racist to me and Xbox can't do anything like I'm just really going
    to stop with Xbox until they can get together and this really pisses me off because I can't play any games and can't talk with friends

    Hi there,

    Unfortunately only an Enforcement team member can respond to enforcement actions and they do not use the forums.

    Have you checked https://enforcement.xbox.com or the email address associated with your account about any enforcement actions as those are two places users are notified
    of suspensions.

    Only an actual person from the Xbox Live Enforcement Team can impose or remove a suspension or ban on the account. - "Despite what some may claim, Xbox Live Policy
    & Enforcement Team will never ever ban anyone “for no reason”. Suspensions always occur as a result of a specific Code of Conduct violation.
