Please quote me the part of the e-mail where it says "physically tampered" because I don't see it. I see catch all terms like modified and tampered which would also imply software modification without the need for hardware mods and I don't see where he refers
to you personally again using catch all terms. I don't see where he flat out says you personally opened up your console and modified it or where he's referring to your specifically.

You can tamper with the xbox via software and not an actual physical attack. Deal with the ban and move on. Be a good user the next time around.

Also, please do not jack someone else's thread. If you must, create your own topic, but you have already been told that your ban will not be reversed.

You do realise console bans don't begin and end with console modification right? Your seal still being in place proves very little.

EDIT: Mou7ain's post is also correct.

Gwyther, the console ban support has no support whatsoever. What about people who are innocent of doing anything wrong and got banned.
