Discus and support I have aproblem on first set up xbox one device in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; when i tried to make the first time set up, the device must updated, so i set wireless connection slow something but it is OK, but after a while...     I have aproblem on first set up xbox one device


    when i tried to make the first time set up, the device must updated, so i set wireless connection slow something but it is OK, but after a while during downloading the controller shutdown then the device so i have to open it again and i restart the downloading
    again, this cycle don't end. i think may be it is power saving problem so the device auto shutdown before completing the update but i cant access setting for the first set up to change it , it is just ask for update and the set up go in one direction, please
    help!

    Moderate NAT - Cisco E2500

    Delete all the settings set up for previouse xbox then set up everything from scratch for the current one.(Dmz preferably) Then powercycle everything (All connectivity devices and the xbox plus the bridge mode), unplug the power from them for 30 seconds
    then turn on the connectivity devices first and then the xbox. Don't forget to unplug the power for longer than 30 seconds for the xbox also.

    Problem to complete purchase on xbox one

    i have aproblem to complete my xbox one x purchase, a message says “We’re having trouble processing your payment and we’d like to get it sorted out” appears and i contact microsoft support but the problem is still present

    What version of the Xbox One is it:? The first Xbox One? Or is it an Xbox One X or Xbox One S? Does it have a Kinect attached?

    The Xbox One X and Xbox One S have an IR Blaster built into the device that it can use to turn on/off the TV or other devices when you power on your console. For the original Xbox One it uses the Kinect for that, if it's hooked up. So if you go to Settings
    > TV & OneGuide > Devices that page has the options and details on what your Xbox is doing to try and manipulate the television. Those are the settings that would likely be causing what you're seeing. Make sure the TV brand is set correctly, that it's not
    sending two power signals, if the TV doesn't need it, and a few other options.

    How are you having the Xbox One "communicate" with your devices? Are you using a Kinect or an IR emitter?

    Either way, an IR signal is sent from the Xbox to the device. I would first be sure that nothing is blocking the Kinect/IR-emitter between the other devices.

    Also ensure that in the "Device Power Options" settings (Settings-->TV & OneGuide-->Device Control-->Device Power Options [under Power]), make sure your Xbox is set to send a signal. It should be set to "Toggle" instead of "Nothing".
