    First, thank you so much for contacting us regarding your concern.

    Sadly cracked cases for limited edition consoles can't be replaced as consoles under warranty are often swapped out through the 1-year warranty with the warning that you may not get the same console back. Warranties will fall under factory defects or failed system software which can inclided power supply failures, hard drive failures, etc. Cosmetic issues that occurred from a 3rd party purchase, accidental damage, or similar will not be something that can be resolved.

    Even if they did repairs of cracked cases, Microsoft repair service no longer repairs Xbox One consoles.

    We aren't allowed to discuss self-rapir here but your only option would be to try and source a secondhand console shell and get someone to replace it.
