    Xbox Live Gold not working

    Hello, so I recently got a 1 year Xbox Live Gold prepaid card (Redeemed on June 18th, 2017) and for some reason, as of today, June 28th, 2017, I am no longer able to do what I am normally able to do with Xbox Live Gold (Like joining parties), but for some
    reason, when I go in my settings and look at my subscriptions, it says that I still have Xbox Live Gold until June 18th, 2018... I'm not going to hide it, I have been banned from communications on June 23th, 2017, but that's it. It doesn't say that I've been
    banned for anything else and I'm seriously wondering what's happening...

    I see one that says June 6 2017 (06\06\2017) and another one that says August 6 2017 (08\06\2017) but nowhere do I see June 22 2017 (06\22\2017). Looking at that, you're under a ban until August 6 2017.

    Tenure decreased by 1 year

    Hey there Bumm One!

    In that thread Mad Cow posted it lists out how tenure is now calculated. Tenure increases every time a full 12 months of Xbox Live Gold time have elapsed on the account.

    For example: If I started a Gold account today on June 21st, 2013: On June 20th, 2014, I would have a Tenure of 0. On June 21st, 2014, I would have a Tenure of 1 (assuming I had no interrupts in my gold subscription.)

    Also, being Silver will not cancel the Gold time acquired, but tenure will not increase until Gold time has been added again.

    I don't doubt what you guys are saying about the SILVER ACCOUNT, but I have Xbox Live, I have GAMES WITH GOLD and DEALS WITH GOLD. (I think the SILVER account is referring to levels in the GOLD status).

    I read a message on my Xbox One, "Free Games" with Gold is being disabled December 2016 and in June 2017 I will no longer be allowed to play my free games?

    Is this true?
