    for christmas i got an xbox one s and along with it came a year long online gift card. when tried to redeem it says it cannot be redeemed and will be viewed but its been 2 days now and ive tried multiple times and its still saying the same thing, can you
    please help? i also got a 1 month ea access trial code and that doesnt work either.

    Hello,

    I purchased Xbox live gold code 12+1 for my Xbox 360 but when I try redeem the code it say(on xbox.com site):

    Something went wrong

    XBOS1005

    I tried redeem code directly on Xbox and it says that code is invalid. What's wrong?

    I receive A game code, but wend I try to redeem, an message say its something wrong with the code

    Same for me in Gears of war 1 (pc). When i redeem code (i never did before so it should be possible), it redirects me to xbox (why? its a pc game), then it says something went wrong.
