    I have an sbcglobal email account that has been suspended now I am unable to change my email account through my xbox. How do I change the email address in my xbox 360 if I can't access my emails?

    My account was suspended

    My xbox account is suspended untill 5/4/2012 witch is today i cant check my aim account i dont remember my password i made one for yahoo but cant change it i tried to switch emails. My account was supposed to be off suspention but its not. Xbox sent a email to me old email at aim.com but i dont use that email i use yahoo i still dont know the reason for being suspended

    Any idea's?

    Banned email, xbox live account locked

    So my email recently got permanently suspended. My xbox account is linked to that email. With my email being suspended I am unable to sign in to my xbox live account on the website or the xbox. I need to some how change my email of the account. I cannot
    log in to the account to change the email through xbox. Is there anyway to change the email through the parent account? If not, can a moderator possible help change it? I have the passwords for the account also.

    I started the security info replacement process on my stolen account, but it was cancelled.

    Thanks for the advice. I have already gone through that and changed the password. However, the hacker still has access to my account as I am unable to change my recovery email without having access to the one he sent or using 2fa. The reason I need to find out how to suspend the account is so that the hacker will be unable to cancel my attempts to change the security info. Again, thank you so much for trying to help.

    CHILEJOE, thanks for the response. However, when I attempt to log in it says "My Outlook.com account is temporarily blocked" Because of this, I am unable to log into my account before. Since being suspended, I have always been able to log into my
    account offline or on Xbox.com. However, now it's not allowing me. I have been suspended for almost three years now, if that helps.
