    I have an ongoing issue with some of my apps/games missing.


    Greetings, I bought this game along with a bunch of other games for my Windows 8.1 now Windows 10 pc.

    for example

    Buy Disney Fairies Hidden Treasures - Microsoft Store

    its delisted as of trueachievements, and it was even pulled from my download library list. I own the game so how or why can I not redownload something I paid Microsoft for?

    I have a bunch of games that befell the same fate as the game above. Do I get special download links or ask for refunds?

    If any of you have tried uninstalling any games /apps with no success, The factory reset seems to be working for some this is an ongoing issue and being worked on.

    Missing game & apps in achievement list

    I wonder if anyone can help me with this. I've recently gotten another Xbox One and have just noticed on my achievements list somes games/apps are missing although my Gamerscore is intact. Specifically missing are Twitch, WWE Network, YouTube, Films & TV
    & Transformers Rise of the Dark Spark. Yet when I use the SmartGlass app on my phone they show up which is how I realised they were missing.

    I see Zeik, indeed this is an ongoing issue with the app. I do agree with you, but in some cases it helps, but no worries. Zeik, I do advise you to try to report this issue on the insiders hub app on your PC.
