I have an old account that was banned, and still dont know why.

Hey microsoft, the account Sk8rbtc96 was my first account id ever had and it was banned back in 2013. I still to this day don't know why. I never did any modifications to my account. I have a lot of money invested into this account, so I was wondering if
maybe you could investigate this? Id really appreciate it.

i have a xbox live account which has been banned for over a year now and i have recently started playing forza 4 again and my banned account was the main account at the time and i completed forza on that account and have loads of cars and money and when
i go on the account it wont login in because it is banned but i dont know why and when i go on forza on that account it starts a new game and doesn't load my old data when it is still on my xbox. so i need my account un-suspended for something i have now clue
about why i have been banned or to find away to get my old data back with out the account being un-banned which ever is easier for xbox to do.

I would suggest checking the below "enforcement" link first. It will give you a breakdown of all enforcement actions if any, taken against an account/gamertag. If you still have questions, there is another link I've provided where you can get some information
on (possibly) being able to appeal the actions taken against you.

Matty, I know what they banned me for, but the fact that I didn't actually do what they said I did is why im making this post. I wanted to know if they could investigate this for me. What does appealing the actions taken against me mean? Like reversing the
ban? Thanks
