    been a beta member now for more than three weeks and still don't have access to the beta forum.

    I'm under a NDA so can't be specific but I have an issue that needs to be raised with the program and can't gain access to the forum.

    Please can someone help.

    Hey there King!

    We can only grant
    Beta Forum     access to Gamertags that are registered as part of the Beta program.
    We don't see KingCyanide666 as part of the Beta program. If you registered on a different profile, we'll need to know that Gamertag so we can check whether it's part of the Beta program.

    If you downloaded your profile onto a Beta console but are not part of the Beta program itself, you will need to make all purchases from a Beta console until the update is rolled out for all.

    Well i'm in contact with regular tech support and they've referred me to you guys..saying only you can fix this because neither console has what you're saying..i just want to be able to buy games and i can't..last game i was able to buy was assassins creed
