    You can always try to fix it but i don't think that's an option, you can take it to a microsoft store for repair, or call suppory directely, but the most probable situation will be that there is nothig you can do for the console

    I would say check out the Getting your Xbox device serviced support page. Unfortunately I don’t know if MS still
    service Xbox 360 machines, you will have to check under Device Services to see if any options are available.

    I know it's not the answer you'll want, but once the dashboard is updated, there is no way to go back and undo the update to have the previous dashboard.
