I Have an issue with my friends account

My Friend is Forgets things so usually I have all his account with me except his Xbox account which he wrote on a paper. But his older brother though the paper away. so let me get to the point he forgot his old gmail account and his brother power washed
the Xbox one. Now no one knows his gmail. except the garbage. So I would like some help.

Party overlay

Yesterday, was playing online with a friend using in game voice chat. I had party overlay off. Upon finishing our game, I closed out of the game and logged out of my Xbox account. Powered down my Xbox via controller. Ten minutes later my son logged in to HIS Xbox account. In the upper left corner, the party overlay was on. My friends gamertag was listed. My son and my friend have never been friends on the Xbox. It would not go away. I logged back into my account, deleted our friendship, even blocked my friend. Still nothing! My son and I are not friends on Xbox. I called my friend, he logged off and turned his Xbox off, still nothing. I did a power cycle restart via the Xbox button on the Xbox. That took care of the issue. Any suggestions so I do not have to go through all that Everytime I play? Anyone else have this issue?

You should.not.have access to his account only HE SHOULD and its.aviolation to even try to get info

FYI only the owner of the account should ever have login info

And any attempt to phish the info is NOT allowed

And only he can go thru the recovery proccess

Hey there N1njah45,

Does he have his profile set to offline on the console? The Xbox App, Xbox One and Xbox 360 have different "presence" settings so it's possible that one isn't set correctly. Are you able to match up despite the issue though?

I did not create a new account, or manage my account, nor have I tried to recover my account from a different console. This issue shouldn't be effecting me. My friends from the same city are not have the same issue with their xbox live, why am I having this
issue?
