Discus and support I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live. in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code".     I have an issue when I'm about to "add a way to pay" on Xbox live.


    When I come to the "postal code" line I write in my postal code, but then it says "incorrectly formatted postal code". I have tried all types of forms but it dosen't work.. Can someone please help me?

    Problem adding PayPal

    there is no credit card. that's the issue. I want to use paypal, in lieu of using a credit card. i have money on my pay pal account, and want to pay with that - but it's not letting me add it as a payment option, as it claims i need to add a credit card
    "to complete the purchase." Note, no purchase is being made, i'm simply trying to add paypal as a payment option to buy xbox live points.

    MS knows about the Pay Pal issue. There has been an issue trying to get Pay-Pal added to accounts for a couple days now. How many digits are you putting in when placing your CC on the account? CC's have to be 16 digits. If YOU cannot add the card, call MS
    and have them add the card on the account.

    Subscription service.

    I'm sorry but it's how Xbox live works. The perks of paying for gold is having access to these apps. A little research goes a long way when it comes to making a purchase like this.

    I doubt it's the updates fault, I had the patch installed for days and had no issue. It's something on Xbox's end with handling data coming from the Comcast ISP. Either way I'm mad because one of the reasons we pay for Xbox Live is for reliable service and
    now one of the biggest ISP's for Xbox Live customers is having this much of an issue across the nation?!?! We should have had some sort of notice about what's going on by now, any sort of info would be useful.
