    Hello, sorry for my English, I speak Spanish. I have a problem with the new version of xbox insider. After a recent internal update I get the loading screen and the games don't show up or anything and on the left hand side where the games are installed it shows as Recently Installed but I already have it installed, I want to report this bug so they can fix it, thank you so much.



    I tried uninstalling the app and I keep getting this error.

    Windows 11 - XBox App and Xbox Game Pass - Unable to install any game (error 0x00000001)

    I managed to install Windows 10 ARM version following this YouTube video : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9MLGL0f4gS4

    Then after Windows 10 install, I've only added the Xbox Game Pass app.

    First, Xbox app seems to be working even worse than on the Windows 11 ARM system (I had errors while trying to get connected which I did not have on Windows 11 OS).

    But after a successful connexion, I found out that the 0x00000001 error code Xbox App download issue is still there. So it seems linked to ARM OS versions (tried with Doom 64 game).

    Are you running Windows 10 or Windows 11? Is it up-to-date?

    Does it give any error messages? Or does it just simply refuse to start?

    Is it through Game Pass or have you purchased it?

    Are you trying to start it via the Xbox App or directly?

    Old direct X AMD video drivers that only support DirectX 11 work with GAME PASS games but all drivers that support DirectX 12 do not. Why?

    Just so I don't get things mixed up here by saying you uninstalled "Game Pass" you're saying you uninstalled the Xbox App? And this has not impeded any games they you have purchased outside of Game pass form the Microsoft Store but only effects games that have not been purchased that are in the Game Pass Catalog?

    But knowing you do not have Game Pass or the Xbox App, I won't really get into troubleshooting it unless you intend on redownloading and trying again.

    Assuming you own Minecraft for Windows and are willing to still troubleshoot (Not downloaded through Game Pass) and are getting the red screen error we can try to see if we can repair that for you.

    Game Pass PC Game is not working

    I am on Windows 11 and it is happening on multiple games but not all games. Other games it has happened on is Subnautica, No Man's Sky, and Fallout 76. I have tried repairing Game Pass app and the games, reinstalling Game Pass app, and signing in on all websites and apps.
