    hi microsoft , this is taxi from mexico , i need help i dont know the code of my xbox , and i buy the console in a resale shop and the xbox have it, i decided to call to support from mexico but the cell phon numbers dosen´t work , if you can help in this

    Al parecer por el codigo que tienes el error va a ser que esta activado el control parental, desde tu control activa el meni de interfaz, entra a cuenta y desactiva el control parental. quiza con eso ya se resuelve tu problema, si aun sigue me avisas

    I have many problems and I am confused.

    Sadly I have tried all of these except the parent control one, which I can not figure out. Also it is not just forza, minecraft has the same error.
